Exceptional hospitality stood out during the visit, with staff members going above and beyond to cater to needs. The food was truly delightful, especially the ribs. However, there was some concern about the presence of plastic bottles in the environment, raising sustainability questions, and the public access to the beaches detracted a bit from the experience. Additionally, mosquitoes were a nuisance on the first night without adequate prevention measures provided.

Make sure to request a private beach barbecue for a nice dining experience with excellent food prepared by a private chef.

The Kids' Club was a hit with my children! They loved the fun indoor and outdoor play areas, especially the arts and crafts sessions. The staff were fantastic, especially in the restaurants, making mealtime a joy for my large family of five teenagers and two little ones.

Just a commendable fit for a brief pause in Port Glaud with all in all brilliant value for money. The hotel provided a fantastic surprise upgrade to a presidential villa, complete with an infinity pool and stunning views. Make sure to check in early for the best accommodations.

Couple getaway worth every penny

The staff here really go above and beyond, like when they surprised us with a lovely cake and decorations for our anniversary! The spa treatments were great and surprisingly calming after a hectic few months, it felt like true luxury.

It wasn’t cheap, but it was still acceptable given the quality.

We loved our time at this resort! The kids club was a hit with our little ones, and the beach felt like paradise – never crowded! We had delicious meals at the restaurant, but we did notice the drink prices were kinda high. Still, the staff were super helpful and friendly!

our experience at constance was amazing! the facilities are fantastic with multiple swimming pools and direct beach access. we loved the creative towel art by sanjeewa, it really added a personal touch to our evenings. the sprawling gardens and vivid lagoons around the hotel made our stay even more picturesque!
